1981 Gibson Explorer E/2 CMT - Sunburst
Here we have a super clean 1981 Gibson Explorer E2 all original and in excellent+ condition. This is one of the nicest E/2 models we´ve seen so far with a beautiful flamed maple top. Only some minor playwear, nothing big, the gold-plating of the hardware is still in great shape, the original jumbo-frets are almost like new. Only made in ´81-84 this version of the Gibson Explorer came with bound figured maple top, 3-piece flamed maple neck and the high-output Gibson "Dirty Finger" pickups. Great sound and nice to play. Including original square Gibson hardshell case.
