It recently landed on our desk and so we decided to talk it for a spin. And we must say – it has been a long time since we have had so much fun with a new pedal. This is game changer!

We sat down with the newly released Big Tweedy Drive from Mad Professor to give it a good testdrive. On this demo Simon plays it through his rig: Gibson 59LP with Raw Vintage pickups – Fender Strat with Raw Vintage pickups – Big Tweedy Drive – Komet 29 amp.
The Finnish company Mad Professor are makers of high-end world class amplifiers and effects. We noticed Mad Professor around 2007 and has been following the company ever since. The new updated version of Carl Martin´s “Red Repeat” delay pedal has been released. This version is named Red Repeat 2016 Edition. The new version has 2 new cool features: Tap Tempo & Modulation.
This new version landed on our desk prior to the official release of the pedal. So we quickly headed into our demo studio and ran it for an ambient demo style test drive. See our full demo of the great sounding Red Repeat 2016 Edition below.
Check out our latest V&R demo. This time we are taking a closer look at the SupaModel from Dag Pedals. We are huge fuzz fans so we were very eager to try this one out. Sounds fantastic and very versatile.
The Simble Overdrive from Mad Professor Amplification from Finland recently landed on our desk and on this clip Henrik Berger from Vintage & Rare takes it for a spin. Really not much more to say than that this pedal truly sounds great.
