Building an instrument is an ever-unfolding process for me. As a
self-taught luthier, I enjoy the stages of creativity that happen in
the making of an instrument, from the conception process of a design,
to the various stages of working with woods and materials, to the final
assembly and set up of the instrument.
Extending client interaction with music.
The process is a very rewarding experience as my clients see, hear
and feel a new instrument that naturally enhances playing, composition
and the creative process. I mainly enjoy working with my own designs
but I have enjoyed working with client designed instruments. It is
fulfilling to start with just a few ideas, turn those ideas into a
whole new experience in guitar playing for my clients and extend their
experience in the creation of music.
