About: For me is building guitars pure passion. Passion and emotions are deep-rooted in all details of my guitars. I recombine logical lines to create exciting shapes, I use premium materials, I make high demands on quality and thus re-define the guitar to some extent. Almost every single task is performed by myself, from the raw slab of wood to the first note being played. This gives me the freedom to work with flexibility and consider special requests, in order to make the instrument distinctive and one-of-a-kind. These are guitars for individualists and lovers of exquisite instruments, but most certainly also musician's tools for everyday use on the stages of this world. I am convinced that my guitars express uniqueness and that high-level craftsmanship and attention to the detail make the difference. The possibilities for a personal touch are endless - I am looking forward to it.

All side letters require a written acknowledgement from us. At any time, FRANK HARTUNG GUITARS is eligible to change or amend these business terms and conditions including all optional attachments within an appropriate period of notice. For prior orders, still the old business terms and conditions apply.
2. Quotes Our quotes are non-binding. Slight variations in models are possible due to the structural diversity of woods.
3. Prices and Payment The item is calculated according to our valid prices on the day of delivery, unless agreed otherwise. Should force majeure or other events or circumstances raise our manufacturing and/or acquisition costs, we can raise the agreed purchase price even if it was negotiated as a fixed price. Should the customer decline the increase in price or does not declare conform at once, we can withdraw from the contract without the customer being entitled to any claims. Unless otherwise arranged, our prices are gross prices including the compulsory sales tax of currently 19% within Germany . For custom models and special jobs, an advance payment of 40% of the order volume is required. Payment under compliance with the conditions offered are to be made until the calendar day given in the contract to the point of payment given by us in a way that we have the payment at our disposal at that day. If the buyer does not pay until that day, we are also without dunning entitled to charge interest at a rate customary in banking for cash credit plus the turnover tax for this interest rate. For the first demand note we charge a portion of costs of EUR 2,50 and EUR 5,00 for each additional demand note. In the case of delay of payment or considerable deterioration of financial circumstances of the buyer, we are entitled – irrespective of other rights – to withdraw from all contracts with the buyer and call all the payments owing to us.
4. Delivery and delivery periods Unless otherwise specified by the buyer, we choose in all conscience the most favourable delivery option. The shipping is insured. The costs for that are to be covered by the buyer. Any buyer-specified special delivery options are charged with the customary surcharges. Items in stock are put to delivery within 3 days (we are not liable for delivery problems). For items not in stock at the time of order, we aim for fastest possible delivery. Should the non-compliance of a delivery or service deadline be attributed to force majeure, labor dispute, unforeseen obstacles or other events we are not answerable to, the deadline is extended accordingly. The buyer as well as we can only withdraw from the contract in case we are unable to deliver. There are no resulting claims for the buyer whatsoever.
5. Returns We grant a 14 days return option for all of our delivered items within Germany (except for custom jobs and special orders). This only applies to shipped products ordered from us. Precondition for a full return of payment is that the product is returned as good as new in original packaging. Please mind in case of a return: You must announce the return request in advance by telephone, fax, e-mail or letter. Freight forward shipping a product is unacceptable. We reimburse the costs for shipping (a cost-saving shipping option is to be chosen) with the refunding of the purchase price. Reimbursement: Within 30 days the refunding is made by bank wire transfer.
6. Warranty For every product we grant a 36 month warranty from the day of purchase given on the contract. (This does not apply to wear parts such as strings, finish scratches from usage and other traces of use). If the customer is not a consumer according to § 13 BGB and purchases the item for his business establishment, we are no longer liable for defects after a one year period starting from the day of delivery. Should defects appear, the buyer can demand free of charge rectification of defects. In case of three consecutive unsuccessful rectification attempts, we can choose to deliver in addition, reduce purchase price or replace the defect item.
7. Privacy protection Your provided data is not forwarded to others. However, your data is saved for internal purposes.
8. Conditional sale The purchased item remains our property until fully paid. |
