WELCOME!

I'm Gary Nava a luthier working entirely on my own, producing handmade guitars and mandolins of the highest quality. I originally learnt my skills during the late 1970s at the renowned London College of Furniture and have been honing them ever since!

I make guitars, mandolins and other custom fretted instruments that are lightly constructed and extremely responsive. In these days of austerity, it is also my mission to keep my instruments affordable, so that they are not just accessible to the elite few.

I work closely with my clients during every stage of construction, ensuring they receive the instrument of their dreams. Each is made entirely by hand and can take hundreds of hours to construct. Fine woods are used throughout, carefully chosen for their tonal and aesthetic qualities.
