About:

Heritage Music is located in Salmon Arm, BC Canada. We have a small shop and studio where we handcraft lever harps, Irish Flutes, Native Flutes, Woodwind bags and other quality items. We ship worldwide and also sell and handcraft for other instrument builders in North America and Europe.

OUR GOALS:

1. CUSTOMER SERVICE - We value our customers!  Some of our greatest ideas and products have come from you!  We endeavor to answer all questions and emails within 24 hours.  Our goal is to be available for help and support before and after a sale.

2. QUALITY WORKMANSHIP - We believe in quality and guarantee all of our work.  Your satisfaction is important to us and  if  a product that we made has a defect in materials or does not meet your approval we will repair or replace that item or refund your payment minus the cost of shipping and a small handling fee.
 
Heritage Music has been making handturned folk style keyless flutes, lever harps, pocket clarinets, woodwind bags and music totes for over 15 years. When we are not making instruments we can be found teaching or playing them. 

Michael is a Journeyman Woodworker who loves to build and play harps and woodwinds.  Debbie plays piano, harp and whistle and also makes woodwind bags for our instruments as well as other flute, harp and whistle makers and custom orders.  Our other helpers are a real support and work hard to promote our  products.  We love to hear from our customers - please send us a note if you have any questions or comments.

Payment: We accept Paypal, International Money Order, also Visa or Mastercard by phone.

Shipping: We ship worldwide by Canada Post or UPS - Small items are shipped by Air or Expedited parcel, large items are shipped by International Parcel or Expedited Parcel, or UPS Standard.  Most fees are as listed or vary according to destination - we do not charge a handling fee.
