There are no existing medieval lutes. My instruments are based on 14th and 15th century iconographical sources.

The very attractive 15th century pear-shaped lutes, based on the Pythagorean theorem, are available with 4 or 5 courses.

I also build lutes from the 16th and 17th century.
Some of my instruments are based on originals that were built in the Baroque period or on Renaissance instruments that were converted to Baroque instruments at that time.

I chose to build some Romantic and Baroque Guitars as well.
