About: Founded in 1983, Guitar Salon International (GSI) is the world’s largest dealer of concert-level classical and flamenco guitars. For over 35 years now, we serve players, collectors and aficionados by offering the best hand-built instruments of leading young guitar makers as well as those of established historical masters. In this process, we acquire and sell many of the most desirable instruments in history, and we subsequently help to assemble important private collections. With the involvement of top concert artists (including Pepe Romero, Scott Tennant, Marc Teicholz, Andrew York and others), GSI showcases several exceptional guitars through audio, video, studio-CD and live concert recordings. Guitar Salon International established the GSI Foundation in 2011 after receiving public donations aimed at community development. The Foundation’s mission is to help develop the local community by raising money to support music education in public schools. These local schools are then offered assistance to pay teachers, provided with instruments for students who cannot afford them, and supplied with musicians for performances that can inspire kids to play a musical instrument. Our approval period is 48 hours from the time the instrument is received. If a return is requested within 48 hours of the guitar's arrival, a full refund will be issued*** (less shipping charges and assuming original condition), or another guitar can be sent on trial. 30-Day Guitar Exchange: Within 30 days from the date of purchase, GSI will exchange any guitar toward the purchase of any other instrument of equal or greater value. Providing the instrument is returned in original condition, the full purchase price will be credited. 2-Year Guitar Exchange: Within two years from the date of purchase, GSI will exchange any guitar toward the purchase of any other instrument of equal or greater value. Providing the instrument is returned in original condition (less normal wear), 70% of the purchase price excluding tax will be credited. ***Note: B-Stock, New Old Stock, and used items are not subject to an approval period. They are sold "as is" and are eligible for exchange only if the item arrives damaged or not as described.
