IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?
All items available for direct internet purchase will be processed through our shopping cart on our secure server so that all your information will be 128 bit encrypted through our secure certificate to avoid being intercepted by a third party. Once a purchase has been consummated an invoice will be generated describing the goods purchased, all costs assigned to the order. This invoice will be sent to your designated email address.
ORDER STATUS:
Order status may be checked by Contacting Us. Please include your shopping cart generated invoice tracking number.
CANCELING AN ORDER:
We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Back orders may be cancelled Contacting Us.
Shipping:
Shipping and Insurance to be determined at time of order and we do keep a want file. We usually ship Via UPS, All Amps & FX are in good working order (unless noted) and sold AS-IS.
Payment:
RareGuitarParts.com Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Certified Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer Accepted (and of course CASH!) 24 hour approval period on all guitars ( excluding consignments). Please submit the correct billing address for the credit card to help us prevent fraud. If an incorrect billing address is submitted we will refuse shipment.
Sales Tax:
There is a 6.00% sales tax charge for any order delivered within Pennsylvania.
POLICY SUMMARY:
Please call during Business Hours for an accurate in hand description or to place an order. Shipping and Insurance are determined at time of order. The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Certified Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer and of course CASH! All prices reflect a 3% cash discount. 24 hour approval period from delivery on all guitars or parts (excluding consignments). A Return Approval must be obtained by phone in order to return or exchange an item. Purchase price will be refunded minus any bank charges, shipping, packaging & insurance. Any instrument or part must be returned in same condition as it was shipped by us for the final RA. All insurance claims are the responsibility of the purchaser. Buyer is responsible for the instrument / part during the approval period. Buyer pays for insurance and prompt return shipping. Item must be shipped back via a service comparable with which it was delivered, immediately upon return authorization. Any item returned after the 24 hour approval period and not exceeding one week is subject to a 20% restocking fee. We usually ship Via USPS. All Parts are in good working order (unless noted) and sold AS-IS. A 30% Non Refundable Deposit will hold an item for 30 days (excluding consignments). There is No approval time on layaways. We do accept consignments.

The confirmation of an order by e-mail or any other type of electronic confirmation does not constitute RareGuitarParts.com's acceptance of the order. RareGuitarParts.com has the right to refuse shipment without any prior notification.
Return Policy:
If returning an instrument, please call for an R/A. Purchase price will be refunded minus any shipping & insurance, provided the instrument is returned in same condition as it was shipped by us. All insurance claims are the responsibilty of the purchaser.
