We’ve been selling stunning guitars for over 10 years via our sister Company, 12th Fret Ltd, which has been a dedicated Gibson Service Centre & Professional Guitar Servicing offering quality Setup & Repair since 2008 and ran by Master Luthier, James Collins (www.jamescollinsguitars.com)

The guitars all go through the 12th Fret workshop for servicing and setting up prior to being listed on the website and our Reverb Shop and can be adjusted to suit your setup requirements before shipping. All the guitars are very well packed and shipped within a day of purchase. All guitars are available to view & demo at the showroom based in East Sussex. We are able to offer part exchange on most items for sale.

Direct Bank Transfer (BACS, via online banking) PayPal payments for debit or credit card payments also accepted. Free UK Shipping.

Some of the guitars we sell on a commission basis, so if you have a high end guitar that needs to find a new home we can help get the guitar prepared and ready for sale on the website. We charge a commission taken once costs have been recouped, please get in touch if we can help.

UK & International Shipping via either FedEx, UPS or Parcelforce (UK)

Fully Tracked, tracking numbers provided. Fully insured within the UK up to £10,000. International Insurance by Secursus at full sale price included up to £10,000. Over £10,000 will have additional cost.

Returns Window

Used & Vintage Items - 7 Days

Used & Vintage items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refund

Buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less any shipping and insurance costs.
