Steve Hove, owner of the Vintage Guitar Boutique has 10 years experience in the vintage guitar trade. He is also a professional guitarist who has worked with many bands, toured throughout the world, and been in many recording and live situations. With a passion for vintage instruments, and with the intent of providing an honest, high quality service Steve set up Vintage Guitar Boutique in the Summer of 2011. Other services are available, and insurance costs vary depending on instrument value. For postage overseas please contact us and we will provide a quote. If you would like to return an instrument, you MUST contact us within two days of receiving it. When we receive the instrument back in the same condition as it was dispatched we will refund the full amount minus the shipping costs. Goods can be exchanged or refunded, provided they are returned to us in the same condition as they were dispatched, with their original packaging, if arrangements are made by email or telephone within 48 hours of the customer’s receipt of the instrument.Products that have been held under our deposit scheme voids this return policy. WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS IF THEY ARE STILL OF MERCHANDISABLE QUALITY. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS IF THEY HAVE OBVIOUSLY BEEN USED. Payment Terms: For sales within the UK we accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers. For sales to Europe and overseas we only accept bank transfers. A 10% deposit, or £100 (whichever is greater) will secure a guitar for 30 days. You are welcome to pay the balance at any point during this period. Deposits are non-refundable but we can offer a credit note if you choose not to go ahead with your purchase. Please note, holding a guitar with a deposit voids our 2-day approval period. |
