Payment: Cash, checks, Cashiers checks, Money Orders, PayPal (PayPal US add 3%, Canada and Overseas add 3.9%) PayPal "eChecks" (no fees) and Bank Wire Transfers. Trades considered. No Sales Tax in New Hampshire. Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to final purchase. We can assist with this as well. Experienced with overseas sales.   

 

Shipping: We ship World-Wide. Buyers pay for Insured shipping on all sales unless negotiated otherwise.   

 

Returns: 24 hour approval after receipt of instrument to verify description. Buyer is responsible for the instrument during approval period. Please call to arrange return within 24 hours after receipt if not satisfied with description and return authorization will be given. All returns must be insured and shipped at buyers expense in the same packing box. We will refund the selling price of the instrument as soon as we receive it in the same condition as it was sent to you. Shipping and related expenses are non-refundable. Refunds are subject to a 5% restocking charge. Both domestic and foreign customers pay same as original method shipped to them on all returns.
