Airline Jumbo Cutaway circa 1960 Spruce top Maple back and side Maple neck with bound Rosewood fingerboard. Perfect original frets and perfectly straight neck. Original Single Line Tuners. Adjustable rosewood bridge. No cracks, with nicks and scratches. Nut width 42mm, Deep body 4 inches, 17 inches lower bout. Scale 25 ¾ inches. Ample sound ! Comes with a nice period Epiphone brown case.
Airline® Guitars were made in Chicago, Illinois from 1958-68 by the VALCO company, and distributed by Montgomery Ward. VALCO also manufactured National and Supro brands.
