Alembics have always been a favorite of ours as we are true Stanley Clarke fans since the release of his School Days album in 1976. This is an original early vintage 1985 Alembic Persuader model w/a custom set of Alembic P/J pickups. Along w/its neck-Thru body design, she has a highly figured & colorful Cocobolo Top w/a maple neck-w/a mahogany body core. Its ebony fingerboard has their typical oval pearl inlays. Its Shaller tuners hold tune well & all of its brass parts are still intact & clean. Its been used & enjoyed all of its life & is ready for its next gig. She’s excellent overall & comes in its beat original hard case.
