This is a pre-order offer for MULTI 3, a unique 20 string harp-guitar currently built by Thierry André (Andre Instruments) in St-Jean-Port-Joli QC Canada.
Coming from Andre's Iconic series, the Multi's are player-friendly instruments, with a harmonic side rendered by its fine construction, its 12 sympathetic strings and its two sub-bass. (See website for demos.) Only Multi 1 (silver top) and Multi 2 (graphite finish) exist. Multi 3 is therefore in line with this series:

Many customization options are possible on this pre-order, in terms of neck, spacing, fingerboard, tone, color and finish. It comes with a flight-case and a lifetime warranty.

- Raised fingerboard, 20 EVO Gold frets medium crown or jumbo.
- String spacing at bridge: (custom specs welcomed) standard 2.125
- Archtop body is 16 inches at low bout.
- Body thickness at tail is 4 inches tapering to 2.5 inches against rib-cage.
- Monocoque body, hand-carved to 4mm thickness

- Since this offer is for a unique handcrafted and elaborate instrument, the construction of MULTI 3 spans over a year period.
- Following this sale by pre-order, the instrument will progress towards being completed -in the white- in the fall of 2024, to then be carefully finished, polished, fretted, set-up, etc. by March 1st 2025.
- Considering the specialized nature of the luthier's work, the delivery date of March 1st 2025 must be respected to permit completion of Multi 3 to the highest standards. Therefore, no refunds will be considered or issued by Thierry Andre / Andre instruments before delivery date.

Shipping Policy
As agreed, and depending on your location, shipping carrier will be DHL or FEDEX. I usually recommend second-day air shipping. I ship worldwide. Instruments are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment.
Return Policy
Your new instrument purchase is returnable within 6 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Refunds
Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges.
Special Conditions
-All new Andre Instruments bear a limited lifetime warranty to their original owner
-All sales on new instruments offer a 72 hours -grace- period to the buyer, to evaluate the instrument.
-If instrument is wished to be returned, insured shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Any signs of wear, tear, or damage will be charged. -
-Return shipping must be done with the carrier used at first, or as agreed with Andre Instruments.
