I have been a great admirer of Andy Manson for many years, his Artistry is unique, his guitars are unique, and the tone his guitars produce is unique. Many of his Clients know this, and that's why his list of famous clients is probably sort of endless, A few names on that list, Andy Summers (Police) Jimmy Page & John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin) Ian Anderson and for instant Don Felder (Eagles) to name only a few. His guitars are Amazing and I'm very glad he finally decided to make me a few. Among them this Bluebird that really got to me. It only weighs in a 1.25kg(2.75LBS) definitely the lightest guitars I ever held in my hands, not only that, it feels small and very comfortable, while it's not that small, sits perfectly on your lap, has big open and truly unique magic voice that spoke to me and said 'Keep me'. But I can't, our two 4/5 year old and very wild kids like to copy me in everything and 'playing' guitar is one of their passions. This little story was to illustrate how i feel about this guitar, It's that good!

Featuring Cherry Back and sides, an old European Spruce top, Old Brazilian Mahogany neck, 100 year old Rosewood fretboard and ebony bridge, Strawberry wood binding, multiple wood Trim. The headstock shows a mirrored Yew wood overlay with Pearl Andy Manson script logo, beautiful details like the Selmer style soundhole with custom Yew wood inlay, mahogany 3 piece neck with maple centre-spline. The cutaway is original design for an acoustic guitar that would fit Telecaster & Stratocaster players and allows access to the upper frets. This guitar is build by a Man that build his first guitar in 1967, and gained great fame among accomplished guitar players. Getting older Andy moved from England to the more inspiring climate of Portugal. Since Andy mostly was stuck on that Island called 'Great Britain' perhaps not all that many reading this advertising heard about Andy Manson and his famous history before, Andy isn't really the man to market his career and unless perhaps you seen Jimmy Page playing the three-neck guitar-mandolin on stage - or you seen his famous 'Mermaid', you might not be familiar with him. But believe me he's one of very few truly gifted guitar-making-magicians on this planet and this guitar will speak to you in a better way then my thousand words will. It's a true featherweight powerhouse, unique in its kind, focused and perhaps one of the most balanced guitars i ever played, refined and versatile, perfect for fingerstyle, but it won't hold back when strummed since it as great headroom.
