BSG / D-27F NM / 2016 / Guitar

BSG D-27F acoustic guitar from 2016. BSG guitars by Jan Stovicek are fastly gaining world fame for the excelling tone quality and most impressive detailed quality workmanship. Jan and his small team only make a maximum of 200 guitars a year, and maintaining the highest quality is absolutely his main perspective. The sheer overwhelming power and the subtle brilliance, perfect balance with a powerful deep bass but equally powerful mids and strong trebles  make you wonder how this is possible at this price level. This quote - by Jan Stovicek - is found in every BSG guitar (inside body - against the heel):   "We strive for perfection when crafting our guitars, Even though absolute perfection is only in God's hands, We are getting closer with every guitar we build." Jan Stovicek, Founder.   The size of the D-27F is an all solid Dreadnought, made with Selected indian rosewood back and sides (see the detail picture) and European spruce Top, This guitar sound truly big and can compete with his American made competitors. This guitar sounds Powerful and impressive, Reminds slightly of the power and depth sometimes found in Martin Dreadnought guitars, yet is a bit different, the general character is just a bit clearer in general. And the specs (wide nut and spacing) make it also suitable for fingerstyle players. Features include rosewood bound bound body and fingerboard, custom Herringbone purfling and back center strip, ebony fingerboard and bridge. These BSG guitars are in quality the closest thing to Collings, Santa cruz  and the upperclass Martin guitars!, impressive sounding and beautiful made guitars.   Features: Indian rosewood back and sides, European spruce top, body bound in rosewood almost like Martin would bound a D-45 (also along the Heel/body connection) multiple wood purfling, Abalone rosette, Ebony bridge and fretboard bound with rosewood binsing with double maple-ebony purling, ebony headstock overlay with rosewood binding and maple purling, Mahogany neck,  650mm (25,5’’) scale, extra wide 45.3mm (1 25/32") nut width,  58mm (2 5/16’’) stringspacing at the bridge,  Gotoh 503 tuners. And last but not least made by a Guitarist and Craftsman with great passion. With original case and built in pickup. Near mint condition.

ABOUT US

I have always been opposed to being trapped into a job eight hours a day to purchase the free time to do what I enjoy. That’s why i started the Fellowship of Acoustics. The fellowship of acoustics was founded by Rudi Bults, Guitarist and obsessed with tone and wood. The idea was offering real expertise when trading and selling the finest instruments in the world from our showroom in Bergentheim, Netherlands. Helping others find the right tools and enjoying an atmosphere that’s unhurried, honest and informative that’s my go. We are nothing like the "supermarket" style music stores, but specialize in string-things only. We are widely known for Flattop guitars but also sell electric, mandolins & banjo’s, amps, parts, and accessories. Our store has earned the reputation for being a great place to shop for the best products and service.
It is our hope that this new website - much more than a list of "gear" for sale - will serve as an example of our commitment to offering a more personal approach, a friendly atmosphere, and an ultimately more satisfying experience for our friends and customers.
If you have any questions just dial +31-523-232205 or e-mail info@thefellowshipofacoustics.com My name is Rudi Bults, and I’m always here to help out. Wherever possible, we would recommend that you visit our store and experience our instruments and service first hand. However, because of our high standards you can be confident of ordering online from us. We hope you enjoy your visit to our site, and welcome your feedback.
