BSG OM-43 14 fret custom, this is a top of the line BSG with perfectly bookmatched and amazingly grained 43 stands for Ziricote back & Sides, the F stands for all solid. The top is made of Premium European spruce. Other features include mahogany neck and Ebony fingerboard and bridge, matching Gloss Ebony headstock overlay, and rosewood overlay over the back of the headstock matching the rosewood heelcap. Other features include Maple bound body, Fingerboard and headstock, Abalone snowflake inlays, Abalone custom flowerpot with leaf headstock inlay, All bindings are sided by Maple-ebony purflings. A most Amazing Guitar and very stylish. But like every BSG the guitar the magic is found in the unique tone, powerful and warm, once you discovered this very rare high quality small brand from the Czech republic there is a good chance you get addicted to BSG guitars. They still build guitars at a very acceptable price level since wages in the Czech Republic aren't quite what they are in the US and the Rest op Europe. Tonally they are somewhere between the character of Lowden and Martin, due to their structure and long scale also very suitable for drop-tunings.
Other features include 14 frets clear to the body, 44.5 mm (1 3/4") width at the nut, 650mm (25.5") scale length and 58mm fingerspacing at the bridge. The guitar is equipped with Gotoh tuners. BSG guitars hold a typical balanced mix of western and european tone that is unique in a way. Never heard in other brands. The fellowship of acoustics was founded by Rudi Bults, Guitarist and obsessed with tone and wood.
