This Martin 5-15T Tenor guitar was built 1950. It incorporates typical post-war Martin style 15 features including lovely mahogany on its top, back and sides, Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and bridge & its clean original tortoise celluloid pickgard. The neck is mahogany with a nice profile, the fingerboard inlay is mixed size dots and the tuners are open back individual w/a large-plate getting new plastic buttons & bridge pins as we speak. This 5 size is 1 of their tiniest sizes & has seen some use but remains cleaner and more original than many mahogany Martins from this period. Its got no cracking anywhere & she’s set up beautifully to sound fabulous. Overall she’s better than excellent & comes in its original kinda beat up soft case.
