This Museum Quality Martin D-35 is a favorite of ours that’s consistently wonderful year after year in all respects. Introduced in 1966 as an up scale model to the popular D-28. Its Sitka Spruce top is just about perfect. Its striped & colorful Brazilian Rosewood back & sides are absolutely stunning. Its got most all Martins best features including its standard X-bracing, its original black pickgard, 25.4″ scale length, 1 piece Mahogany neck, Solid Bound Ebony fingerboard w/20 frets and Style 28 dot inlays w/a 1 11/16″ nut width, a Compensated Bone saddle, Solid Ebony Belly-style bridge & perfect Chrome Enclosed Grover tuners with large buttons. Now 53 years old, this is a great investment in all respects. Perhaps the cleanest & last of the Brazilian D-35’s in existence, she’s truly near mint having only aged in color & in its overall tone quality. It comes in a nice newer Martin hard case.
