Reproduce the preamp circuit of the Aiwa TP-1011 Open Reel deck used by Richie Blackmore in many recording. At that time, Dawk Stillwell, who worked on black more tech, said that the "booster" frequency based on a passive inductor was installed on the blackmore strat. Therefore, a frequency booster circuit that does not cut anything is added to this unit so that the guitar tone can be enriched. And since the clean blend between the tape preamp is added after the boost, the clean and distortion can be adjusted with EQ while maintaining the pick attack. The internal voltage works at 20V. This is a little higher than the original Awa, and you can get a headroom unique to a preamplifier. It is a beautiful product with little usability.
