Custom77 / The Watcher - T-Sonic / 2014 / ¨Puple / Guitar
Capturing the same iconic vibe from The Watcher, the T-Sonic takes an entire different path by using a bolt-on neck, a vibrato and a three single pickups setting.
This Offset design matches perfectly with the alder body and maple neck. Resulting in blend between a Stratish and a Jazzmastish but smoother, beefier and warmer. Pure achievement when coupled to a fuzz or an overdrive : An indy rock tool.
Electronics is fully versatile with the middle pickup coupled to an On/Off switch. When this pickup is off, you get a two single pickups configuration (Teleish style) controlled by a Switchcraft® 3 way toggle switch. When it switched On, the middle pickup becomes active through the signal path. Which means you can have neck and middle pickups together or bridge and middle, reminding
To top that, you can have the three pickups all together.
Six configurations with the ease of a three way toggle switch coupled to an On/Off.
The Watcher T-Sonic takes the best of the F. brand but distinguishes itself from all the other Offsets spin-off and lookalikes.
