DanDrive / The One Knob Bonk / 2024 / Gold / Effect For Sale
A scintillating collaboration between DanDrive and Joey Landreth of the Brothers Landreth, the One Knob Bonk Machine brings together the collective fuzz-pertise of these two connoisseurs with this being the fruits of their labours. The One Knob Bonk takes the already straightforward controls of the Zonk Machine Fuzz, and condenses it down to a single level control and a midrange switch, with the fuzz set to a fixed level that is extremely musical. There’s plenty of velcro-ey loveliness on tap, with 3 temperature-stable germanium transistors giving you all that jubilant fuzz magic without their inherent fluctuations which has become a hallmark of the DanDrive experience.
