get a future of a thousand possibilities. Demers guitars are an
evolution of the mythic instruments that have forged the world of Rock
n' Roll music. To a hard or gentle touch, they respond with a unique
tone and surprising handling. There is nothing like the confidence of
being one with your instrument. Demers guitars delivers on that
feeling. Jef Demers is a luthier obsessed with is art. He is committed

it's tradition.
Each guitar is handcrafted from first quality tone wood, with a
minimum of five years of air drying. The body features deep dish
carving and the neck joint is hand carved for easy upper register
access, with a true mortise and tenon neck joint for strength and tone.
All these elements are combined to provide superior tonal quality,
increase sustain and precision pitch adjustment. The Demers guitars are

guitar you have always wanted.
How to order
Email me or call me at 514-609-6636, we will discuss what kind of
guitar you are interested in. I can help you choose a model, wood
combinations, binding/purfling details, electronic, etc. We will work
out the details together.
This is a time-intensive process and, as a result I currently have a
waiting list of approximately 12 to 14 months to deliver a completed
instrument. Occasionally, slots become available and this allows me to
deliver an instrument faster than promised. However, I assure you that
I will never "rush" to finish an instrument or sacrifice quality in any
way. A custom instrument is a treasure that will last a lifetime, and
it is one that deserves to be built right.
