Simply put, this amp is a 38-watt punch in the mouth at first try. It immediately reminded me of the Bogner Duende we had a few months ago. Super punchy and clean- once you get it to break up, you know you're dealing with some horsepower. I threw a TS-808 in front of it and it made me an instant believer. The controls are precise and the amp responds well to both humbuckers and single-coils. Since the days of 100-watt Marshall stacks are long behind us, this amp, sitting on a 1 x 12" cab will more than serve your needs and save your back.
This amp is clean- you'll see a couple of light scratches on the back and a tiny scuff in the front. It's obvious the previous owner took great care of this amp, so you'll have no worries with the condition or performance.
