This is rare Duesenberg in Tony Zemaitis style, the Duesenberg Starplayer TV-IP, with genuine Ice Pearl top, and maple back/sides, the Starplayer TV (in general) is Duesenberg’s best selling guitar, and this TV Ice pearl is the most exquisite of all. It's for a good reason that the Starplayer is a best-seller, it's open and woody sounding, characteristic, has just the right crispness, fatness and robustness, is equipped with the 'always in-tune' Deluxe Tremolo and is like the real great brands are, gifted with perfect playability. On top of all this Starplayer is a most versatile instrument, suitable for almost any style and the Starplayer’s is gifted with very stylish Old-time-Rock and Roll looks. Most important however is the great tone and playability, although you might look at is being a mix of Gretsch and Gibson, it very much found it's own place with her distinct looks and impressive yet discrete tone, very much a guitar for everyone, and not easy to put in a certain musical corner. With a Grand Vintage Humbucker giving it a great `59 PAF sound in the bridge and a Domino P90 neck pickup giving a full and open sound, there is absolutely no shortage of tone from this guitar! I have always been opposed to being trapped into a job eight hours a day to purchase the free time to do what I enjoy. That’s why i started the Fellowship of Acoustics. The fellowship of acoustics was founded by Rudi Bults, Guitarist and obsessed with tone and wood.
