Eimers / Mini Mac Antique, Gypsy 3/4 Mini Selmer Style Guitar / 2009 / Natural / Guitar
2009 Eimers Mini Mac Antique, Gypsy 3/4 mini Selmer style guitar, case, EC
This is not a kids guitar, but a fully functional gypsy guitar in 3/4 size. Of course your kid can practise and play on this guitar, i would certainly encourage parents to buy their kids a decent guitar that gives back what you put into it! But it is also a travel guitar for a professional and just big fun. The Mini Macs are down scaled Selmer style guitars. And this is a 3/4 style, but it has a nice extra, Leo Eimers version of relic and ageing finish, his so called 'antique' finish, meaning this guitar will probably have cost closer to 3000 than to 2000 euro when new. Although less material is needed to build the Mini’s, the construction of every single detail is identical to their larger ‘relatives’. The Mini Macs are serious instruments (not toys) with a very interesting sound. I can only underline what Leo says about them, they are serious guitars. In the Gypsy world it's common to start practising guitar on young age, around 6 or 7 years old and that's likely the background of these Mini Mac. Designed for children to get acquainted with the Django music and adults who prefer a smaller guitar. This is a 2009 example in excellent condition, with play-wear that is hard to determine from the antique aged finish. Excellent playability and great tone. We found an old Guild chart-board case to match the guitar.
The Fellowship Of Acoustics, Netherlands
ABOUT US
I have always been opposed to being trapped into a job eight hours a day to purchase the free time to do what I enjoy. That’s why i started the Fellowship of Acoustics. The fellowship of acoustics was founded by Rudi Bults, Guitarist and obsessed with tone and wood. The idea was offering real expertise when trading and selling the finest instruments in the world from our showroom in Bergentheim, Netherlands. Helping others find the right tools and enjoying an atmosphere that’s unhurried, honest and informative that’s my go. We are nothing like the "supermarket" style music stores, but specialize in string-things only. We are widely known for Flattop guitars but also sell electric, mandolins & banjo’s, amps, parts, and accessories. Our store has earned the reputation for being a great place to shop for the best products and service.
It is our hope that this new website - much more than a list of "gear" for sale - will serve as an example of our commitment to offering a more personal approach, a friendly atmosphere, and an ultimately more satisfying experience for our friends and customers.
If you have any questions just dial +31-523-232205 or e-mail info@thefellowshipofacoustics.com My name is Rudi Bults, and I’m always here to help out.
