Shipping Policy

Normally we use first class insured postal courier, able to guarantee safe delivery within 5 working days for international and UE shipping. The shipping fee varies depending on the courier and on the country to ship. On buyer request we can ship through a particular postal courier like Fedex, UPS, DHL with shipping fees depending on the country to ship. Total shipping fee includes all packing materials and handling fee. All shipping items will be insured.

Return Policy

Items are sold "as described". Each gear listed is described in accurate and detailed way and good photos are provided. Moreover buyers may ask any information concerning the gear listed in order to obtain any requested information. Consequently there is no return or refund on the purchases. If you have any problem with the gear, please contact us within 5 days from the time you receive the gear. The return and refund are possible only in the case the gear arrives in a condition different from how it was described or photographed. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyers assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described and photographed.
