This cool Top of the Line Epiphone Cutaway model is one of the rarest Flat Tops ever produced in its period by Gibson, it is a combo of a Flat Top mixed with an Arch Top having traits from both, its 2-tone Sunburst finish has a ton of play time over the last 62 years, its maple neck is a large size, its cloud inlaid ebony fingerboard feels excellent, its ornate headstock overlay is quite weatherchecked, its multi-laminated body & neck have so many layers all over its hard to count them, its tortoise’gard appears original, its Gold Epi tuners still hold tune well, this is one rare guitar that deserves to be enjoyed, it has no cracks & is very solid, it is very good overall & comes with a period correct hard case.
