Paying homage to an iconic period in the development of Fender, this Custom Shop 60 Strat Journeyman Relic brings all the class and vibe of a vintage Strat with some more modern features for that familiar feel.
This is a wonderfully resonant guitar. Journeyman means lightly aged and the subtly reliced nitro finish of the body looks the part without being too showy. Fiesta red is undoubtedly a classic Fender shade and excellently reproduced here.
The neck is a joy to play, the 9.5” radius a welcome modification to the design. The hand wound 60’s Strat pickups absolutely nail those irresistible vintage Strat tones.
This amazing guitar has had one owner from new, kept mainly in the case. It is just about MINT condition (for a relic) and is probably the finest example out there.
