This is another very unusual & quite rare transitional Jaguar from this Post-CBS period, its Sunburst finish is almost like new in all respects, its one of the 1st guitars having the most prominent trait of the CBS takeover, its “Bound” Dot inlaid neck which is dated August 1965, its pot codes date to the 30th week of 1965, its tortoise’gard is very pepperoni-like & compliments this beauty quite well, it also sports an “L” series serial # making this a pure 1965 Jaguar in all respects, this is a very historically significant Fender guitar in near mint Museum quality condition, it comes with its factory mute, bridge cover in its original black tolex hard case.
