A model that reproduces the stratocaster used by "Ritchie Blackmore" equipped with Quarter Pound. Fender JAPAN ST72 RITCHIE BLACKMORE MOD.
Based on the 1972 stratocaster, a model that reproduces the stratocaster used by "Ritchie Blackmore" equipped with Seymore Duncan (SSL-4 Quarter Pound) on the rear and front. The middle pickup is a dummy as the specification of the person. Since the Rainbow's 4th album "Down to Earth" ('79), which is conscious of the American market, a quarter pound pickup mounted on Ritchie's favorite strat. It features a powerful and modern SSL-4 tone character, which was really best matched to the rainbow sound at the time, which changed the musicality from a hard rock to a wide rock. The Scalloped Fingerboard is also a nice specification for enthusiasts. The paint is also very thin, and it is a very high quality model as a body.
