Here is a rare, first- year Geddy Lee Jazz that has all of the right features to set it apart from the others: the "B" serial number and the "Limited Edition" neckplate.It's also the only one we've ever seen with the grounding strip between the rear pickup and the bridge- strange, huh? The neck is, of course thin and super fast, making this bass one of the easiest to play and the tone is both round and cutting. It's our understanding that these basses were only to be produced for one year as a limited edition offering, but because of their popularity, Fender continued to make them and they officially became part of their Artist line in 2004. But, we all know the early ones were the best and here is your chance to own exactly that.
