Another very cool Jazz just acquired & its 1 of the very last 4-Bolt necks is this immaculate all original 1974 Fender Jazz Bass w/all the best features, its has its original bright & beautiful Sunburst finish over a nice grainy Alder body, its White Bound & Block inlaid 4-bolt Maple Neck is like new w/no yellowing fade at all, very white in color as they ever come like its 2 years old, there’s no date stamp on its neck typically from this period but she has pot date codes from the 29th week of 1974, its got its original final production of the Tortoise-shell pickgard (pre-black’gards) that pulls this all together making it one of Fender’s last great Jazzes, its 2 pickups are super smooth w/that quintessential “Jazz Bass” sound ! Its so cool & original from its tuners to its bridge, its all original in all respects w/every single screw from new, it has a gorgeous patina for a 50 year old original, it plays & feels incredible, its light weight having killer sustain & tone qualities, she’s truly near mint in all respects & has its matching minty original black Tolex Hard Case.
