Fender / Jazzmaster / 1965 / Olympic White / Guitar

Here is a nice, original 1965 spec 1966 Fender Jazzmaster at a cool players price. It is an original Olympic White guitar with matching headstock but the body only had a refin over 10 years ago, this refin looks quite old now and is ageing very nicely. At first glimpse you would be hard pressed to tell it was a refin. The neck still has the original finish, including the matching Olympic White headstock but the logo has worn away.
All the rest of the hardware looks to be original and it has 2 x grey bottom pickups that sound fab. The pots are dated 18th week of 1965 and it has a December 1965 neck date. This must have left Fullerton in early 66 as it has a 65 spec of bound neck and dot markers.
Plays really well, has good life left on the frets which are not original. Trem works well and you'll probably struggle to find another mid-60's olympic white JM for this price...
Included is a non original hard case but it does have the original trem arm and bridge cover.
