1963 Fender Electric Mandolin (Mandocaster)
Fender has built some elctric solid-body mandolines starting in 1956 who looked like "mini-Stratocasters". This instrument is from 1963 and is all original with an solid alder body and 1-piece mapleneck and has all the desired "Pre-CBS" features such as rosewood slab-board, "clay"-dot inlays, brown tortoise pick-guard and "Spagetti-logo" on headstock. Some paint "touch-up above the pickguard is the only issue we can find, otherwise well taken care of and in near excellent shape for its over 60years(!). And yes, it even comes with it´s original period-correct original Fender "brown-case" with yellow lining.
