Fender / Robben Ford Signature / 1991 / Cherry Sunburst / Guitar
Based on the Espirt Ultra for whom Robben Ford had started endorsing just before the Master Series was dropped, the Robben Ford Signature Model fretured a chambered Alder body, 24.58” scale length and Dual humbuckers designed by Schaller to offer an alternative to the Les Paul without directly challenging Gibson. These were produced in Japan between 1988 and 1994 where the production was moved back to the USA. Famously featured on the cover of Talk to your Daughter, this guitar joined a plethora of signature models associated with Robben Ford.
This guitar is in excellent condition with hardly any sign of use. The body is in great shape with hardly a mark or sign of any fade.
Neck too is in stunning condition with no sign of use and plenty of life left in the original fret.
The hardware and plastics are as you'd expect with no sign of wear or tarnishing
Electrically everything is correct with no sign of any modification or changes.
The guitar comes with a softshell case
A great set neck tone with the addition of the coil taps really helping clean things up when you need it.
A stunning guitar that would make a great addition to any collection or for someone looking for an alternative..
