1963 Fender Stratocaster - 3-tone Sunburst  incl. orig. black Tolex case

Clean 1963 Fender Stratocaster 3-tone Sunburst all original and in excellent condition. This is a rare "hardtail" version, with strings thru the body instead of the Fender typical tremelo. Still sounds like a good Pre-CBS Strat, except it has a bit more sustain and punch. The guitar has only little  playwear and no weatherchecking. The neck and the fretboard looks like new, the original factory frets are like brandnew and show no wear. The finish shows only some little fading, the greenish pickguard has no cracks, the electronic is all original, there was a 5-way switch installed, but the original CRL 3-way Switch is back in place. The three "black-bottom" pickups have stong outputs of little over 6,0 Kohm and all three Stackole pots are stamped 304.63.18 = 16th week of 1963, the neck-stamp reads 2 MAY 63 B. Great and comfortable playability and super lightweight with only 3,11 Kg! Definately a great chance to get a rare and good-sounding example of a Pre-CBS Strat, great as a player and perfect Future Investment. Comes incl. orig. black Tolex case with orange interior.
