1957 Fender Stratocaster - 2-tone Sunburst incl. orig. Fender tweed case
All original and in very good+ condition for its age. Lightweight alder-body in 2-tone sunburst finish, some playwear and marks to the edge of the body and a small aera of belt buckle wear on the back of the body as well as the usual weatherchecking. 1957 are definately the most popular and desirable Strats from the 50s: great "V"-shape neck with a pencil-mark "57", the body is dated "2/57" in the middle pickup-cavity, the 3x Stackpole pots are stamped 304.7.04 (4th week of 1957), lightweight with ca. 3,4 Kg. The original CRL 3-way switch has never been out, all solders are original and untouched! A great-sounding instrument! Incl. original Fender tweed case with yellow plush lining.
