This is a STUNNING nearly all original vintage late 1958 early 1959 - classic year - original Fender Stratocaster in black that has had a superb, body only refin and has the original tweed tolex Stratocaster hard shell case and looks a million dollars...
This guitar is nearly original and apart from the body refinish it has had the tuners changed to newer types without any extra holes drilled. In fact 3 of the original tuners are included in the case. All other hardware and electricas are original and this is worth it’s weight in parts alone - especially when you include the original case!
Original finish is still on the neck and the body refin looks to be very old so matches the neck very well. It really does look the part and is a great Blackie guitar from the same vintage period.
There are no extra routes anywhere, this guitar has a brilliant feel guitar plays well, sounds classic and superb with a great strong, balanced sound from all 3 pickups. Feel of the neck is great, classic C shape and you can see why these 1958/59 Strats are so sought after. All 3 pickups are original black bottom, neck date is absent as you would expect in 1959, all 3x pots date to 1st week of 1959 and serial number is 37128. Thee is no trem arm included.
Weight is a good 3.4Kg, neck profile is classic ‘C’ shape and it has a wonderful, maple neck / fingerboard with just the right amount of wear. Very nice.

We ship within the UK by Royal Mail Recorded (small items under 2Kg), TNT or UPS and Worldwide by Royal Mail Airmail Signed For (small under 2Kg) Parcelforce, UPS or FedEx. All shipping prices include expert packing, cartons and packing materials but not insurance which is typically around 2% of items value.
