1966 Fender Stratocaster - 3t-Sunburst incl. orig. Tolex case
Clean 1966 Fender Stratocaster in 3-tone Sunburst finish, all original and in great condition for a 50(!) year old guitar. The first year for the Stratocaster with the big CBS-headstock. Minor playwear, mostly laquer wear on the backside of the neck and body. The neck is stamped 13 FEB 66 B, all CTS pots are stamped 137.65.47 (47th week of 1965), the three original "grey-bottom"PUs are well balanced with outputs of 5,35K,5,46K and 5,4K and also dated to 1966. The neck has a medium size C-profile and is very comfortable to play. Comes in its orig. black Fender Tolex case with orange plush interior.
