1966 Fender Stratocaster - Olympic White 1966 FenderStratocaster in good condition and original except older refin on body. The refin has been done professionally and has allready real weathercheckings and faded to a creamy yellowish white. The original pickguard is cracked on the upper pickup but stable, a 5-way switch has been installed. The pots are dated 8th week of 1966, all 3 grey-bottom pickups are dated 1966. The fretboard just got refretted with med.-jumbo frets (6105). Lightweight, and a perfect player, great neck - great tone! Comes in its original black tolex case w/orange interior. Techn. details: Alderbody - Olympic white/refinished, 1-piece maple-neck (slightly flamed), large headstock, Veneer rosewood fretboard with 21 frets, perloid dot inlays, 3x original “grey-bottom”-singlecoil pickups, 3-ply white pickguard, 1x volume, 2x tone, 3x way switch, Fender “synchronized” tremolo with 6x “Pat.nr.stamped” steelsaddles, Incl. orig. Fender black tolex case with orange plush lining.
