Fender / Stratocaster / 1972 / Daphne Blue / Guitar

This is one of the coolest & last of the 4-bolt Strat models on a budget. This early 70’s example has tons of tone & sustain. Its got an Alder body w/a beautiful pro-Refinish in stunning Daphne Blue. Its rare “4-Bolt” Rosewood neck is dated w/Fenders ink’d on stamped codes to 1970-1 w/a decent amount of play time. Its got a large transition logo, a single string tree & “F” tuners from new & she’s fabulous looking. Its got a nice White pickgard loaded w/3 original pickups w/plastic wrapped wire & pots dated to the 2nd week of 1972. She’s lightweight & has everything you’d want tone wise. 1971-2 was a very rare year for the last of the 4-bolt necks prior to going to their new bullet truss 3-bolts. If you’d ever wanted a real groovy Strat, this may be your ticket. It’s excellent & comes w/a decent hard case.
