Description
An absolutely superb Strat! One of less than ten made in 2012 as a special dealer select for World Guitars in the UK. It’s nicknamed the ‘Jeffocaster’ because it was built as a replica and to the same spec as Jeffs own 1959 Strat. He’d had his own one re fretted with jumbo frets, but retained the original 7.25 radius. The neck shape and wear of the original was all replicated on this Relic version. The neck has partial wear to the back but mostly remains with a gloss finish. The result is an absoutely superb guitar. It’s light, has a lovely feel and the jumbo frets on vintage radius feels extremely comfortable to play. It benefits from being all original apart from the saddle screws. The originals are included so it’s essentially 100% stock. It has a set of signed Abbey pickups inside. A truly wonderful spec strat with a lovely story behind it. Jeff of World Guitars is sadly no longer with us but his legend lives on. Check out this you tube video on the guitars. We’ve had it beatifully set up with a full fret level, dress, polish and set up. There is plenty of fret life left.

The shop is owned and run by Julian Deverell who has been playing, buying, collecting and selling guitars for 25 years. The shop is based in the warehouse of The Regency Chess Company, a niche chess set business that Julian also owns.
The aim is to make available a good selection of lovely guitars that have been expertly set up and are at their optimum, frets dressed, polished and ready to rock! The shop is in a custom built coffee shop (hence the name) that serves only the worlds best speciality coffee. We may not be the worlds best guitar shop, but we certainly serve the best coffee you’ll find in any guitar shop in the world! We are a ‘by appointment’ business so please get in touch prior to visiting. We can ship all over Europe using either UPS or DPD tracked and insured couriers.
