Fender / Telecaster Thinline / 1968 / Natural / Guitar
1st generation original Tele Thinline in excellent condition and ready to play.
All original finish just has some slight checking on the front and back but nothing too serious. Apart from that it is in excellent condition with very few dings or dongs. Fingerboard has some wear spots but the wear seems to be on the top coat and there are no real divots in the fingerboard. Frets have good life left in them and plenty of play time remaining.
Neck date is December 1968, 2 pots are dated 1966 as you would expect and guitar probably left the Fullerton factory in early 1969. It has an original, period correct case but it is a left handed case. It fits just good though and how it ended up in an original left handed case (which on it's own is worth a fair bit) is a bit of a mystery!
All hardware is original and it even includes the original ash tray cover. No breaks or repairs ever and no extra holes anywhere. Just as you like them.
Sounds killer and is super-light weight of course..
