A sense of good neck grip, high practicality '51 J-45 !!
A representative model 'J-45' of the Gibson acoustic guitar that will be creating a number of legends is 1942. It appeared as a successor model of 'J-35 (1936-1942)' that takes over the flow of 'Jumbo (1934-1936)' to be the first round shoulder model in a so-called spanish style.
This unit is 1951 J-45. Block Gibson logo, neck is a 42 mm wide regular neck with a good thickness, just a tapered time, straight head, 17 ° head angle, last 19 frets, and three layers of sound holes Ring, Teardrop Type Balle Patter Pick Guard, Upper Berry Bridge of Long Suddle Specification. Bracing is scanned. Kruson Peg does not improve the inner shaft hole in single line, and it seems that white-like peg buttons are often seen at this time.
The vintage unique to the vintage that has been created for years of age is unloured. Neck and Body Side & AMP; Back is overlached. The top center seams have patch repair from the back. String height is about 2.5 mm under 12 frets, about 2.2 mm under one string, and the height of the saddle is 2.0 to 3.2 mm. Performance is good.
The bass does not become a good feeling, but I will ride a tone of the sound with the thickness of the sound, so I will dance with Donamically with good balance. The rough attack feeling unique to J-45 was pretty good for me ♪
