Gold hardware has been adopted to give it a high-class feel. It has a thin 60s-style mahogany neck and a solid mahogany body back, allowing the sweet and firm midrange of mahogany to be fully experienced. The P-100 pickup is an improved version of the P-90 with a vertical humbucking construction, retaining the roughness and roughness of the P-90's upper register while reducing the noise of the humbucking construction.
