Owned by collector and vintage Les Paul enthusiast Tom Wittrock, 'Donna' has been universally recognised as one of the most iconic vintage pieces in existence. This Collectors Choice model is a precise replica of the original iconic '59 Les Paul, with True Historic appointments and an obsessive attention to detail. It is a highly collectible guitar and 1 of only 300 produced worldwide. It has an exceptional top with a rich, sunburst finish, and incredible tone. The body is 1 piece selected Mahogany, paired with a "uniquely figured" Maple top, 1 piece selected Mahogany neck with 1 piece Indian rosewood fingerboard, rolled neck binding, ABR-1 Tailpiece, Aluminium stopbar and reissue Kluson deluxe tuners. Other details include the thinner True Historic wet-Sanded finish (more work, more authentic, more tone) and Hide Glue top construction for increased resonance.
