This is a real cool 42 year old limited edition top of the line Dove Custom that’s essentially a pretty player that’s been thoroughly enjoyed by its last caretaker. Its classic Cherry Sunburst finish has some pings & dings all over yet w/a really groovy patina. Its got all the cool features including its large inlaid pickgard (albeit starting to crystallize), its pearl Dove inlaid bridge & its really unusual gold plaque on the back of its headstock. It also sports a set of Gold Kluson Sealfast tuning machines. Its bound & inlaid fingerboard feels great. Its equipped w/a very sophisticated L.R Baggs pickup system w/a set of convenient volume & tone controls on its rosette edge. Other than having some wear & tear, she’s one of the best post orange label Doves we’ve ever had in the shop. She’s very good overall & comes in a nice hard case.
