Who doesn't love a 64 stoptail ES-335 in red. If it was good enough for Eric, it's good enough for me (and you). This is a late 64 (double line Klusons) that left the factory as a stoptail but had a Maestro (Lyre) Vibrola added at some later date. The Maestro is gone and the holes in the top (just two) have been filled very nicely. There are four holes at the butt end but, really, who cares? No other mods. Just a solid player in 8.5+ condition. Medium neck like most 64's and original patent number pickups with nickel covers (same as a late PAF). Has a very cool two tone Brazilian board-never seen another like it. The case is period correct but a little tired with one broken latch.

I sometimes have later ones that I've taken in trade. I buy and sell more early ES 335s, 345s and 355s than anyone. I also deal in other vintage guitars and amps from the 50's and 60's.
All buyers are given a 48 hour period to try the guitar, inspect the guitar and decide whether to keep the guitar. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping in both directions should you decide to return it. You may return a guitar for any reason at all but only for the first 48 hours. No returns after the approval period has expired. Payment in full is required at time of purchase and guitars will not be shipped until funds have cleared.
